• We have great professors and the classes are very well done .
• Courses are fun and involved, and the coursework is challenging but at the same time rewarding.
• High prestige. A degree from Baker generates great interest around this area.
• I'm at the Baker University School of Nursing and I am very satisfied so far. My professors are all current RNs and are very accomplished and knowledgeable. I also am happy with the amount of clinical time we are able to have. Its like having a built in internship at school.
• The registration process was super easy. The girls at the registration/admissions department help you through every step of the way and will pop into the classroom every now and then to check on how everything is going. Curriculum is very diverse, and the teachers are all very experienced in their field.
• The working-studentMBAprogram is great b/c you only meet once a week so it's easy to work around it. I do wish we could go a couple times a week, instead of being in class 4 hours in one night. Teacher are very experienced and bring a lot of real-world experience with them to teach to the class. Class sizes are small, which makes it easier to get to know everybody and form a relationship with the instructor. Workload isn't too bad, probably an average of 5-10 hours a week of studying/homework, which isn't bad at all. The MBA program involves LOTS of writing papers, so definitely something to consider before signing up for the program. Overall, great school, great program, great teachers.. very convenient!
• The workload is challenging, but it is doable. Be prepared to really balance your studies and work. You will more than likely have to give up your social life for a period of time.
• I decided to attend Baker University because it felt like I was at a home away from home and they offered one of the best Mass Media programs in the mid-west. The professors are great and are willing to help any student at any time. Classes are also much smaller so there is a better connection between teacher and students, vs. a classroom of 300 kids.
• Not challenging. Classes are a bore.
