运营管理（Operations）或称运营分析、运筹学、运筹管理，主要包含运营分析与运营管理两方面的内容。前者主要使用数学和计算机知识分析商业数据，为商业决策提供数学支持与统计依据。后者主要利用运营分析的结果，带领和经营整个团队。该专业需要有较强的数学分析基础，一般开设与研究生阶段。
