History
[edit]Generations College was founded in 1904 by Morton C. MacCormac and his wife, Mary MacCormac, inHyde Parkon Chicago'ssouth sidenear theUniversity of Chicago. MacCormac served as the school's first president for 50 years.[6][7]The school established the firstcourt reportingprogram in the United States in 1912[8][9]and the firstparalegal studiesprogram inIllinoisin 1973.[10][11]
