My time at NIC has been primarily study focused. I have liked the majority of my professors and classes, but I have felt incredibly lonely attending this school, and have not felt like I am able to join any clubs due to personal home life.
North Idaho College is a great 2 year college that provides a wide range of degrees and classes. It offers in person and online classes that fit most schedules and additionally offers trade school options. This college has provided me with the opportunity to start my degree in an affordable way and has set me up for success when I transfer to a 4 year university.
I really like the other students and classmates, to the point where we make an effort to hang out outside of school and do fun things. Unfortunately, some of the staff in my program leave something to be desired, but otherwise, it’s great!
