I am very involved within Muskingum University, as I am in two choirs, Student Senate, a sorority, have two campus jobs, and more. I have loved campus life, the professors in my majors, and the overall experience. The only things I would like to see changed is the dorm food in the dining hall and the condition of the dorms, which are both very poor.
Muskingum University is a great campus that has good student to professor ratios. The professors really care about the students and want to help in any way they can. Muskingum lacks student parking which would be my only complaint. They LOVE their athletic department.
Overall I enjoyed my four years at Muskingum. There were many opportunities within student life that I fully took advantage of and was able to be on the Varsity Women's Lacrosse team, the president of a national sorority, honor societies, and much more all while studying biology and chemistry on a pre-medicine track. I would like to see more support within the niche academic areas (pre-profession not including nursing, conservation/environmental science, animal studies, etc.) as well as more support for students who want to be a part of Greek life while on sports teams --baseball, softball, and soccer.
