Trash! The staff have attitudes and can't ever seem to fix a problem or even tell you exactly when you will get your refund. The staff don't seem to know anything or care. You're on your own with EVERYTHING as a student. The professors have attitudes, lie, and are unprofessional. Nobody working here cares at all.
They must hire people off of the street, because everytime I call, no matter what extension, they always have an attitude and are rude without fail. I can barely get my problems resolved cause I’m being rushed off the phone.
My experience while being enrolled online has been a great experience, the teachers are very supportive, understanding, and compassionate. I don't feel that nothing should be changed.
