In the event that accommodation fees for 24/25 are reduced, students who have already booked University accommodation will receive a rebate.

Payments

• All Accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account. SeeMyCampus Registration

• To confirm your booking, an advance payment of£600must be paid.
• Accommodation charges will be updated to your MyCampus account no later than 4 weeks after you check in. Accommodation Services is not responsible for the collection of your fees, only the generation of the charge.

• Direct Debit schedules showing actual payment dates and amounts will be issuedafteryou have completed financial registration on MyCampus. Find out whattypical monthly instalmentsare.
• Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their placefor the full contract periodas stated on the contract.
• Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
• Wi-Fi Internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use. Users must agree to comply withUniversity of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Options for extending residence contracts from13 June 2025for periods up toSeptember 2025will be offered to residents in certain self-catered accommodation aroundmid-February 2025.
