Southwest Virginia Community College(SWCC) is a publiccommunity collegeinCedar Bluff. It is part of theVirginia Community College System. SWCC was opened in 1968 to serve the residents ofBuchanan,RussellandTazewellcounties, as well as portions ofDickenson County.[1]
