维多利亚大学（University of Victoria）是一所大型公立大学，成立于1963年，位于加拿大英属哥伦比亚省维多利亚市，在麦考林排名中被归类为综合类大学。
维多利亚大学于1963年7月1日取得大学地位，成为继英属哥伦比亚大学后英属哥伦比亚省历史第二悠久的大学。在此之前，维多利亚大学的基础为维多利亚学院，于1903年成立，原由魁北克省的麦吉尔大学所指导，提供该大学文科和理科的一年级和二年级课程。然而，1908年通过的《英属哥伦比亚省大学法案》（BC University Act）将在省内提供高等教育的权力集中于英属哥伦比亚大学，导致维多利亚学院从1915年到1920年间中止提供高等教育。随后，由于教育需求的增长，维多利亚学院在1920年委托英属哥伦比亚大学管理，并最终在1963年独立转变为维多利亚大学。
维多利亚大学的代表颜色为红、金和蓝，吉祥物为维京人。该校的校训分别是：“Let there be light（打破黑暗）”和“A multitude of the wise is the health of the world（普世智慧是世界发展的基础）”。
