西方技术学院（Western Technical College，缩写WTC）位于威斯康辛州拉克罗斯市（La Crosse），是一所公立社区学院，共有在校学生4千多人。西方技术学院也是威斯康辛技术学院系统16个成员之一。*(1)(2)

Academic Experience: Professors are always willing to assist in any way that they can. Curriculum is a bit crammed, too much information is gone over in a single day. Workload is rather high due to the afore mentioned. It would be nice if there were more days for each course or less material covered per day.
Academic Experience: The PTA program is intense and takes up alot of time and energy but the instructors are amazing and the director does all that he can to ensure our success.
Campus Resources: Its very well you really learn a lot and its applicable for the real world. When you walk into a class its always fun and its always learning new stuff everyday.
Campus Resources: Graphic Design Club – My college has a Graphic Design club for students within the program. It provides many opportunities for extra learning and exploration into graphic design. It also give the students a chance to enter their work into competitions.*(4)
